Mary Webb Gunter Yarbrough of Geneva, AL passed away on Friday, January 26, 2024. She was 90.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Mary was born in Chancellor, AL on May 17, 1933, to the late Tully Webster and Mary Estell Peak Gunter. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, working in her garden, and putting up vegetables.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, R.E. Yarbrough; one son, Steve Yarbrough; four sisters, Annie Merle Howell, Althia Sullivan, Margaret Collins, and Estell Barr.

She is survived by one son, Rick Yarbrough (Sheila) of Lake City, FL; daughter, Sherry Brannon (Don) of DeFuniak Springs, FL; six grandchildren, Justin Yarbrough (Kristy), Derek Yarbrough (Anna), Adam Brannon (Amber), Gage Brannon (Morgan), Jarin Yarbrough, and Cori Yarbrough; six great-grandchildren; Saxon Yarbrough, Henley Yarbrough, Ainsley Brannon, Jaxson Brannon, Luke Yarbrough, and Julianna Zacarias; and many special nieces and nephews.
