Mary Patricia “Pat” Bowers of Geneva, AL passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2021. She was 78.

 Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 17, 2021 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with David Bowers officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Geneva, AL with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday beginning at 10:00 a.m. Flowers will be accepted.

Mrs. Bowers was born in Geneva County, AL on December 11, 1942 to the late Bennie Jay and Mary Nell Smith Speigner. She enjoyed watching her boys play ball and shopping for jewelry, shoes and clothes. She was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ.

 She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by two sons, Scott Bowers (Donna) of Vernon, FL and David Bowers of Franklin, TN; four grandsons, Caleb and Aaron Bowers both of Vernon, FL and Luke and Jude Bowers both of Franklin, TN; father of her children, Donald Bowers of Geneva, AL; loving companion, Kenneth German of Geneva, AL and one brother, Benny Speigner (Mitzi) also of Geneva, AL.
