Mary Rhoten Rodgers of Hartford passed away Monday, September 16, 2013 in Southeast Alabama Medical Center. She was 59.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Friday, September 20, 2013 at Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Hartford with Bro. Hughvon King officiating. Burial will follow in Pondtown United Methodist Church Cemetery under the direction of Jimmy Bottoms of Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral services at the funeral home.

She is survived by her husband, Carl Rodgers of Hartford; four children, Mary Ann Rodgers, Lonnie Gene Rodgers, James Rodney Rodgers, and Amanda Sue Rodgers; eleven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Margie Ruth Johnson, and Melinda Rhoten; two brothers, Sonny Rhoten, and Clarence Rhoten; several nieces and nephews.
