Mary Virginia Harrelson Oglesby age 81 of Elba, Alabama passed away peacefully on June 5, 2020 surrounded by her children. A graveside service will be held at the Mt. Vernon Assembly of God Church Cemetery on June 6 at 4:00 PM with Rev. Donnie Marler officiating and Hayes Funeral Home of Elba, AL directing.

Survivors include her Daughter - Brenda Campbell (Steve), Troy, AL, Son - Danny Oglesby, Selma, AL, Daughter - Ashley Catrett (Perry), Luverne, AL, Granddaughters - Cassidy Catrett and Cameron Catrett, Luverne, AL, Brother - Alton Harrelson (Debitha), Elba, AL, and Sister - Evelyn Jones, Elba, AL. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Fred Oglesby, Brother - Grover Harrelson (Leola), Sister - Agnes Johnson (Rander), and Parents - Engram and Mattie Williams Harrelson. The family thanks Compassus Hospice and Lauren Terrell for their loving care.
