Mavis Berryhill, of Daleville, AL, passed away Thursday, August 24, 2023 at her home.  She was 86.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Monday, August 28, 2023 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Daleville Chapel with Rev. Jim Peters officiating and Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing.  The family will receive friends beginning at 12:00 P.M. until service time.

Mavis is preceded in death by her parents Elvy and Gladys Cherry, brother Humax Cherry, a sister Elner Cherry Best, two sons-in-law Neal Smith and Jimmy Adams.

Survivors include her four children, Rhonda Whittington; Debra Adams; Latricia Smith; Carson Roberts (Robin); thirteen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Evelyn Tolar; brother-in-law, Jerry Best; host of nieces and nephews.
