Max German, age 70 a resident of Midland City died Monday morning June 10, 2019 at his home while under the care of Day Spring Hospice.


A visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Wednesday June 12, 2019 in the Chapel of Angels at Family First Funeral & Cremation Care.  Celebration of Life Services will be held at a later date.


Mr. German was born in Dale County on Wednesday December 15, 1948 son of the late Tillman German and Gladys Simmons German.  He had lived in Dale County most of his lifetime and formerly work as floor mechanic installing floor coverings.  Most recently Max was the owner and operator of Baby Maker CB (Citizen Band Radio) Shop located in Midland City.  He loved animals, bowling and was of the Baptist Faith.  Other than his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Therell German and a granddaughter Mikayla Harmon.


Survivors include his wife Teresa Traylor German, 4 sons Richie German, Rodney German (Elaine), Randal German all of Midland City, Michael Harmon of Birmingham, 2 brothers Glen German and Kenneth German a sister Jimmie Gray all of Ozark, 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
