Melody Moyer Bulla of Geneva, Alabama passed away September 27, 2022 at the age of 64.

A private celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

Melody was born June 19, 1958 to the late Robert Lee and Anna Mae Allen Moyer in Washington, DC.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Joshua Lee Scruggs; a brother, Donald Whitman and a sister, Gloria Dupree.

She is survived by one son, James Robert “Jamie” Scruggs (Ashley); one daughter, Holly McElyea (Johnnie); daughter-in-law, Gina Scruggs (Sarah); nine grandchildren, Samantha, Destiny, Tyler, McKenzie, Austin, Kelsey, Faith, Dylan, and Naomi; and one brother, Bobby Moyer (Maggie).
