Meredith Kirksey Davenport, a resident of Enterprise and formally of Gordon, died at her residence. She was 75.

 

Meredith was a 1954 graduate of Ashford High School.

 

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Lillie Mae Kirksey and two brothers, Charles Hayes Kirksey and Buren Kirksey.

 

Survivors include five sisters;

Carrie Long, Katie Kirksey, Geraldine Hall, Maxine McDonald and Faye Dukes and husband Derrell.
