MICHAEL ANTHONY “DO RIGHT” JORDAN, Sr.

SHORTERVILLE, AL… Michael Anthony “Do Right” Jordan, Sr., a resident of Shorterville, Alabama, passed away Thursday afternoon, December 23, 2021, at his home. He was 57.

            Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, December 30, 2021, at Wings of Deliverance Community Church with his wife, Linda Robinson Jordan giving his eulogy. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. at the church prior to the service. Wright Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.

            Mr. Jordan was born in Cuthbert, Georgia to Leroy Jordan and the late Lillie Mae Johnson Jordan. He lived most of his life in the FT. Gaines, GA area. He was a 1982 Graduate of Randolph Clay High School. After high school he attended Sparks Community College in Eufaula, Alabama. He owned and operated his own trucking company, Jordan Trucking Five LLC. He was a member of the Wings of Deliverance Community Church in Headland, Alabama.

            Leaving to cherish his memories is his loving and devoted wife, Linda Robinson Jordan; his daughters, Shakia Jordan, Latasha Jackson (Rasheen), Shirah Robinson, Wisda Robinson, and Nephaterra Robinson; his sons, Michael Anthony Jordan, Jr., Antonion Robinson, and Jarius Robinson; his father and stepmom, Leroy and Beulah Jordan; his sisters, Diane Davis Jackson (Johnny), Regina Jackson (Gregory), Ann Williams, Terrie Miller, Cynthia Pickett, Janie Washington (Jimmy), and Trinita Knight (Leo); his brothers, Ronald Johnson, Shullar Pickett, and Mark Pickett (Sherry); his grandchildren, Jakiria Jordan, Ni’Jalin Jackson, Ra’Shiyah Jackson, Rhilyn Jackson, Royce Jackson, Lyric Robinson, Briceson Robinson, London Young, Amari Shabazz, Ayah Davis, and Alan Williams III; his nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends.
