Michael Don Missildine "Big Mike", 59, a resident of Slocomb, passed away on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at his residence. He was born on August 13, 1961 in Barbour County to the late A.C. Missildine and Sarah (Smith) Missildine.

 

Funeral Service will be 3 PM, Sunday, March 7, 2021 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home with visitation from 1PM until service time at the funeral home, burial to follow at Memory Hill Cemetery.

 

Big Mike as he was known in the Wiregrass Community was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend to all whom knew him. He was an avid Alabama Football fan. Big Mike enjoyed watching his grandson play ball and sharing jokes with his granddaughters.

 

Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Pam (Allen) Missildine; son, Adam (Wendy) Missildine; daughter, Miranda (Josh) Hamm; brother, Larris (Sara) Missildine; grandchildren, Shelby Cole, Shaylee Hamm, Sawyer Missildine; nieces, Connie (Bryon) McAdams, and Carol Martel; mother-in-law, Vicki Allen and a host of loving family and friends.
