Mr. Michael Bucklew of Coffee Springs, AL went to his Heavenly home on Tuesday, June 30, 2020. He was 65.

 

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 03, 2020 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with Rev. David Bradshaw officiating and his brother, Robert Bucklew, delivering the eulogy. Burial will follow in the Piney Grove Assembly of God Church Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday beginning at 9 a.m.

 

Mr. Bucklew was born in Prescott, Arkansas on August 31, 1954 to the late John Ben Bucklew, Sr, and Louise Davidson Bucklew. He was of the Pentecostal faith. Michael was an avid race car fan and enjoyed watching his daughter race. He also enjoyed going to the river and camping out on a riverbank.

 

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Marsha Bucklew, two sisters, Ann Harris and Gail Watson, two brothers, Junior and J.B. Bucklew.

 

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Charlotte Creech Bucklew of Coffee Springs, AL; daughter, Priscilla Dee Bucklew of Coffee Springs, AL; three sisters, Sandy Jones (Oneil) of Porter, TX; Barbara MacGregor (Dan) of Samson, AL and Donna Jean Denbo of Magnolia, TX; two brothers, William Bucklew and Robert Bucklew both of Clanton, AL and several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
