Michael was a true Tennessee Volunteer and alumni who loved his fraternity brothers of Lambda Chi Alpha. He loved any sport that the Vols played and was a football season ticket holder.

Michael leaves behind his treasures, his daughters Erin & Madeline Wrape-Cabe, who he loved and adored; He is survived by his wife, Donna; mother, Fredia (Mike) Dow; sister, Shawnee (Ray) Wingert; sister-in-law, Diane (Jerry) Hill Roark; stepdaughter, Elizabeth (Zach) Payne; his aunts and uncles; godmother, Debbie Williams; nephews Oliver and Taz; and grandchildren, Hazen and Eady.

Michael is preceded in death by his father, Zebulon “Sonny” Wrape Jr.; and his godfather, Barry James Williams.

Michael worked in sales up until his retirement from AAA Cooper Transportation. He made so many connections and lifelong friends along the way with coworkers and customers alike.

Michael will be missed by his family and friends and leaves each and everyone of you with his favorite saying, “Go Vols!”

There will be a Gathering of Family & Friends on Wednesday, November 1, from 1pm - 2pm. There will be a Celebration of Michael’s Life at 2:00pm in the Tulip Grove Chapel at the funeral home.
