Michael Davis a resident of Dothan, passed away Sunday March 20, 2022 at his home.  He was 79.

At the request of the family a simple cremation is being provided by the staff of Family First Funeral Care.

Mr. Michael Davis was born in the grand state of Oregon to William H. Davis and Edith Davis on August 28th of 1942.  Mr. Davis later relocated and met the love of his life Marilyn (Varnum) Davis.  These two became one through marriage and remained married 57 years until his transition to heaven.  From this union was born one son; Michael E. Davis.  

Mr. Davis was a lover of Alabama Football.  He worked at Farley Nuclear Plant as Quality Control Inspector and with DSI as Security.  

Mr. Davis was preceded in death by both his mother and father.

Mr. Davis leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted wife of 57 years Mrs. Marilyn  Davis, one son; Michael E. Davis, Two sisters Leilani Alford and Dinah Chu (both of Texas) and his beloved grandson Alexander S. Davis.  Mr. Michael Davis will be missed by many other relatives and friends.
