Miss. Debra Elaine Green, age 62, of Clayton, Alabama passed away April 20, 2021 at Southeast Health in Dothan, Alabama.

 

Graveside services will be held Sunday, April 25, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Prospect Baptist Church in Clayton. The family will receive friends following the service.

 

Miss. Green was born October 9, 1958 in Clayton, Alabama the daughter of James Hubert Green and Mary Katheryn Adams Green. She grew up in Clayton and was a 1978 graduate of Louisville High School. She worked as a machine operator in the textile industry for many years. She was a lifelong member of Prospect Baptist Church.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Kenneth Greene and nephew, Travis Kessler.

 

Survivors include: four brothers, James Lewis Greene (Sylvia) of Panama City, FL, Larry Adams Greene (Jan) of Anderson, SC, David Ladon Greene (Jane) of Northport, AL, Russell Onie Green (Anna) of Dumfries, VA; three sisters, Sandra Green Fillingim (Lenard) of Banks, AL, Glenda Greene Tannler (Bob) of Clermont, FL, Susan Greene Hagan (Austin) of Opelika, AL; one sister-in-law, Joan Greene of Birmingham, AL and numerous nieces and nephews.

 

In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be made to Prospect Baptist Church- 1341 County Road 43 Clayton, AL 36016.

 

Asked to serve as honorary pallbearers: Ryan Greene, Kevin Greene, Seth Greene, Clay Greene, Jeff Greene, and Cary Greene.
