Mr. Allen Wayne Cooper of Slocomb, Alabama passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at his residence. He was 56 years old.

A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Hartford with Rev. Rayburn Vinson officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 p.m. until service time.

He is preceded in death by two brothers, Larry McLean and Gary Cooper.

Survivors include his life partner, Kathy Lee Wingate of Slocomb; parents, Joan and Michael Brown of Slocomb; children, Autumn Lee Spivey and Payne Hudson; grandchildren, Theodore Hudson; two sisters, Wendy (Rayburn) Vinson of Huntsville and Teresa (Thomas) Reese of Dothan; sisters-in-law, Melody McLean of Slocomb and Shirley Cooper of Dothan; along with several nieces and nephews.
