Benjamin Coyt, a resident of Dothan, died Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was 75.

Funeral services for Benjamin will be held at 1 PM Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at St. Columba Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Memory Hill cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 PM until 8 PM Monday, July 19, 2021 at the funeral home.

Benjamin was born was born December 25, 1945 in Mexico to Jose and Maria Nova Coyt. He moved to California at and early age and later to Dothan in 2004. Benjamin was retired from the Aviation industry.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Maria Coyt; sons, Jose, Antonio, and Benjamin Coyt, Jr.; daughters, Maria, Maria Hilda, Veronica, Norma and Maria Coyt; thirty-one grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren; brothers, Antonio, Salvador, Nestor, Rafael and Luis Coyt; sisters, Carmen, Candelaria, Lola and Macaria Coyt.
