Mr. Billy R. Waters of Kinston, Alabama passed away October 29, 2020 at the age of 81.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Sunset Memorial Garden in Geneva, Alabama with the Rev. Patrick Dyess officiating and Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home directing.

Billy was born July 1, 1939 in Rehobeth ,Alabama to the late Bill and Vindeta McNeil Waters.  Billy retired from the US Navy and was a local preacher.

Preceded in death by his parents and his wife Linda Waters.

Survivors; two special aunts: Lois McNeil and Jewel McNeil; cousins; Glenda Powell, Brenda Bryant, Joe Butler, Barbara Turbin, Edna Weeks, Diane Henderson, Janice King and Terry McNeil; a special friend Loren Duncan from OK, whom he thought of as a brother.
