Mr. Clyde C. Williamson of Bonifay, Florida, (Izagora community) passed away Monday, January 18, 2021. He was 62.

 

Funeral services will be held 2:30 p.m. Thursday, January 21, 2021 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with Rev. Steve Burroughs officiating.  Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 5 until 7 p.m. Flowers will be accepted.

 Clyde was born July 12, 1958 in Graceville, FL to the late Charlie and Margaret Rebecca Miles Williamson. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He always possessed a loving and gentle spirit toward his family, especially to his wife and children. Clyde loved to fish and hunt, often taking his time to teach the youngsters how to perfect their skills as well.

 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Gabriel Calhoun, one sister, Luverne Cox and three brothers, Perry, William and Charlie Lee Williamson.

 Clyde is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Julie Williamson, Bonifay, FL: one daughter, Michelle Calhoun (James Ashley Miller) of Bonifay, FL, one son, Matthew Williamson (Towana) of Bellwood, AL,  four grandchildren: Courtney, Tilman, Marishka and Voncile Calhoun, Tyler, Jacob, Nephi and Kaylene Tate, Lily, Ethan and Alex Miller, ShawMyra and Moses McCray and Gemacio Smith,  one great-grandchild, Remington Johnson, two sisters, Sybil Davis, Esto, FL, Rannie (Alex) Baxter of Woodville, AL, three brothers, Johnny (Pam) Williamson and Henry D. Williamson both of Slocomb, AL and Jimmy Williamson, Esto, FL and a host of special nieces and nephews.
