A memorial service for David Michael Tew will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 31, 2012 in the Sorrells Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Dease officiating and with Sorrells Funeral Home of Slocomb directing.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 6:00 p.m. until service time.

David was preceded in death by his mother, Jo Ann Fisher.

Survivors include his father, Billy Joe Tew (Betty) of Slocomb; one sister: Allison Buonavolanto of Houston, TX; one step sister: Tasha Orlando of Denver, CO; one nephew: Christopher Buonavolanto of Medina, IL; six aunts: Martha Reeder, Betty Overton, Sandra Thrasher (Jay) all of Dothan, Clara Navarra of Florida, Mary Sheppard of Dothan and Grace Buenge (Ken) of Sarasota, FL,; several cousins and other extended family and friends.
