Mr. Edward Kirkland of Ashford passed away Friday, February 26, 2021 at the age of 79.

Graveside services will be held at 2:30 P.M. Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Cedar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend William Irwin officiating and Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

The family will receive friends at Cedar Springs Baptist Church from 12:30 to 2:30 P.M. Wednesday, March 3, 2021, prior to the service.

Mr. Kirkland is preceded in death by his wife Maxine Kirkland, parents, Ted Kirkland and Louise Hodge McColough, and two daughters, Darlene MacMichael and Donna Turner.

Survivors include daughters, Connie Fennell and Debbie Kimbrough (Randy), sons, Doug Kirkland and Derek Turner (Destiny), sister, Linda Vinson, son-in-law, Gil MacMichael, grandchildren, Justin Hamilton, Misty Bradley, Ryan Fennell, Jonathon Hamilton, Trey Turner, Haley Kirkland, and several great-grandchildren.
