Mr. George William Fye, a resident of Ozark, died Thursday, November 5, 2020, at his home.  He was 71 years old.


A private memorial service will be held for Mr. Fye at a later date.  However, condolences may be expressed at www.HolmanFuneralHome.com


Mr. Fye was born December 15, 1948 in Wheeling, West Virginia to the late Price William Hudson and Julia Marie Winn Fye.   He attended school in Jewett, Ohio and joined the United States Army in 1966.  George was a free-spirit motorcyclist who loved to go where his feet took him. He enjoyed singing and playing guitar.


Survivors include two sisters, Pauline Faye Jones of Kinsey, Alabama and Tina Marie Fye of Hurst, Texas; three brothers, Charles Victor Fye (Deborah) of Pensacola, Florida, Thomas Dewey Fye of Kinsey, Alabama, and James Edward (Beth) Fye of North Port, Florida.  Several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.


The family would like to extend a special thanks to  Encompass Hospice and Ozark-Dale County Senior Citizen Center.
