Hampton O’Neal McCall, a resident of Dothan, Alabama died Sunday, December 13, 2020 at his home. He was 80.


A celebration of Life Service will be held at 2PM, Wednesday, December 16,2020 in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage Funeral Home with Chaplain Eddie Biss officiating.


Mr. McCall was born to the late Leon and Idabell Jackson McCall. After spending most his adult life in Winter Garden, Florida and retiring after twenty years of service for the City of Winter garden, he and his loving wife of twenty-four years made the move to Dothan, Alabama. His hobbies included fishing, watching football, and spending precious time with his family.


He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Alice King.


He is survived by his loving wife, Alana McCall; a daughter, Lisa Plant (Rick); three step sons, Troy Rudolph (Diana), Tray Rudolph, and Tobian Rudolph; four brothers, Bill McCall (Margret), Myles McCall (Linda), Clinton McCall (Irene), and Tommy McCall (Virginia); two sisters, Francis Buxton and Ruby Porter (A.J.); five grandchildren, Jeff May (Fancey), Ashley Tait (Philip), Shelby Plant (Scotty), Basil Rudolph, and Isabella Morris; three step grandchildren, Lacy Rudolph, Dalton Rudolph, and Dylon Rudolph; three great grandchildren, Payton May, Ryli May, and Jaxson Tait: many nieces and nephews.
