Mr. James Shawn Rogers, 53, a resident of Dothan, passed away at his residence July 11, 2020.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Shawn was born on July 25, 1966 in Panama City, Florida the son of James Milton Rogers and JoAnn Mock Rogers.  He grew up in Samson and was a 1985 Graduate of Samson High School. Shawn served in the U.S. Army and was a automobile salesman and  had worked for several local dealerships.  He was a member of Harvest Church in Dothan.

He was preceded in death by his mother, JoAnne Mock Bradshaw; infant brother Shannon Rogers.

Survivors include: wife of 30 years, Michelle Grooms Rogers, Dothan; 2 daughters, Danielle Lambert, Jarrell, Tx.; Brandi Qualls (Patrick) Sterling Heights, Michigan; 2 sons, Slade Rogers (Ashley) Eufaula; Drake Rogers, Wicksburg; 6 grandchildren, Harrison, Bryson, Kadence, David, Haliee, Adelynn; father, James Rogers, Enterprise; brother, Shane Rogers (Lydia), Dothan; 2 nephews,  Seth Rogers, Tyler Johnson; 1 niece, Erica Rentas; step-father, Eddie Bradshaw, Samson; 3 step-sisters, Lisa Jenkins, Julie Sims and Brendesha Bradshaw, all of Samson.
