Mr. John Morris "Johnny" Curry

   Mr. John Morris "Johnny" Curry, a resident of Pinckard died late Wednesday night June 15, 2022 at his home. He was 65 years old.

  Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, June 18, 2022, from Pinckard Baptist church with Reverend Chris Woodall officiating. Interment will be in Pinckard Memorial Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing.

   The family will receive friends at the church from 9:00 am until service time.

   Johnny was born January 6, 1957, to the late Herman Gene Curry and Gwendolyn Davenport Curry. He enjoyed watching western movies and soap operas, but he especially enjoyed harvest season and riding around the farm.

   Survivors include two brothers, Michael Curry and Ted Curry (Ginger), both of Pinckard. His nieces and nephews, Jami Curry Gilley (Derek), Jared Curry (Sarah), Woodie Shaver (Julie), Yancy Shaver (Dana), Brent Shaver (Melissa) and Kelley Shaver. Great nephews and nieces, Holden, Laken, Eli, Lukas, William, John Wesley, Stephen, Shauna, Midian, Bailey, Maddie, Joley, Aiden and Bryce. Sister-in-Law, Brenda Curry, Pinckard.

   Flowers will be accepted, or memorial may be made to the Pinckard Baptist Church, P. O. Box 188, Pinckard, Alabama 36371.
