Mr. Joseph Lee Carr of Dothan passed away Sunday, July 17, 2016. He was 73.

Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Buddy Hood officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 P.M. Wednesday, July 20, 2016. Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to Gentiva Hospice.

Mr. Carr is preceded in death by his parents Carlie Aaron Carr and Bonnie Newsome Carr, and a sister Juanita.

Survivors include sister Lavada Jordan and her husband Kenny, two step-daughters Jeannie and Janie and several nieces and nephews.
