Mr. Leron Senn, a resident of Ariton, died Monday, March 23, 2020, in Dale Medical Center. He was 88 years old.

A family graveside service will be held 10:30 A.M. Thursday, March 26, 2020, in Center Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Bryan Sanders and his son, Mr. Nelson Senn, officiating.  Interment will follow, Holman Funeral Home and Cremations of Ozark directing.  A Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Senn will be held at a later date.  Condolences may be expressed at www.HolmanFuneralHome.com

Mr. Senn was born August 17, 1931 in Daleville, Alabama to the late John Robert Isaac Cornelius Senn and Alabama Lee Senn. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War and later with the Alabama National Guard.  Mr. Senn worked with various contractors at Fort Rucker as an aircraft mechanic, retiring in 2004.  He was a member of Center Ridge Baptist Church and  the caretaker of Center Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery for many years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by six brothers; and one daughter-in-law, Carol Senn.

Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Jeanette Calhoun Senn of Ariton; three sons, Stanley B. Senn (Anna), Nelson W. Senn, and Tim D. Senn  all of Ozark; three grandchildren, Christopher Senn, Ashley Senn, and Jon Senn; five great grandchildren, Dakota Kdyn Williams, Lokie Williams, Oliver Williams, Trey Senn and Kourtney Senn.
