   Mr. Michael Roy “Mike” Waldon, a resident of Ozark, died Thursday, August 11, 2022. He was 77 years old.

   A private memorial service will be held for Mr. Waldon at a later date. Holman Funeral Home of Ozark has been entrusted with the arrangements.

   Mr. Waldon was born May 13, 1945 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Luther Waldon, Sr. and Hazel Mae Curtis Waldon. He graduated from high school in Michigan and attended college at Citrus Community College in Azusa, California. Mike worked for Winston Tire Company and later in tire sales retiring after twenty years. Mr. Waldon moved to Murfreesboro, Tennessee and finally settled in Ozark. Mike was an avid Elvis fan, who he enjoyed impersonating Elvis, and dancing.

   In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved dog, Mickey.

   Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Sandra Lena Violette Waldon of Ozark; one daughter, Tammy Ostovich (Todd) of Cartersville, Georgia; two sons, Tim Waldon (Sovilla) of Ozark and Todd Waldon of Kenosha, Wisconsin; one brother, Luther Waldon, Jr. (Patricia) of Dallas, Texas; and five grandchildren, Aaron Waldon (Samantha) of Davenport, Iowa, Abby Waldon of Ozark, Reagan Waldon of Kenosha, Wisconsin, Lleyton Waldon of Kenosha, Wisconsin and Kyle Waldon of Ozark.
