Mr. Paul E. Ray of Slocomb passed away Monday, January 1, 2018. He was 84.

Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Friday, January 5, 2018 at Fadette Assembly of God Church. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

The family will receive friends at the church from 1 to 2 P.M. Friday, one hour prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted.

He is preceded in death by his wife Mable Virginia West Ray.

Survivors include children Paula Virginia Powell, Terry Paul Ray, Mable Jane Saunders (Terry Derand), and grandchildren Mark Daniel Powell and Clara Nichole Saunders.
