Mr. Pharon Phillip Mock of Coffee Springs, Alabama was called home on Monday, May 27,2019. He was 87

 Funeral services will be held 10;00 a.m. Thursday, May 30,2019 in the Chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home with Sister Brenda Jones officiating Burial will follow in the Marvin Chapel Assembly of God cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 29,2019 from 6 until 8 pm

 Mr. Mock was born on February 15,1932 in the Ion community of Coffee County, Alabama, to the late James Daniel and Margaret Louvenia Johnson Mock. He was a Loving and devoted father to his children who believed in hard work and instilled that in his children. He was known for his giving and generous spirit. He loved to garden and shared freely from the bounty of his harvest to friends and neighbors. He was a talented mechanic, who was known to be able to fix almost anything. Gospel singing was a passion of his heart. He was proud to be a part of the Happy Travelers gospel group.

 He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary E. Mock; sister, Bertha Mock Spann, nine brothers,Tennyson,Gene,Dallas,Riley,Holland,Lehmon,Lincoln,Lubert and Roland Mock.

 Survivors include his children, Doval Mock(Pat),Archie Mock(JoAnn),Shirlon Thorn(Wayne) all of Coffee Springs, AL, Sheila Purvis(Donnie) of New Brockton, AL and Jim E. Mock(Lisa) of Enterprise, AL: 13 grandchildren,33 great-grandchildren and 24 great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
