Mr. Robert Manson Howard, Jr. of Slocomb passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at his home.  He was 58.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, December 26, from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m., with no other services to follow. 

Mr. Howard was born on September 17, 1953 in Opelika, AL.

His father, Robert Howard, and two brothers, James Winford and Timothy Keith Howard, preceded him in death. 

Survivors include his wife:  Ophelia Howard of Slocomb; one daughter:  Laura Olivia Landrum of Lafayette, AL; three sons:  Client James Howard of Dadeville, AL, Richard Allen Adams of Loyd, FL, Daniel Clyde Adams of Slocomb; his mother:  Carolyn Bernice Howard of Mauk, GA; three brothers:  Jeffery Dean Howard of Mauk, GA, Randall Scott Howard of Phenix City, AL, Trinity Arron Howard of Norcross, GA; three sisters:  Susan Daine Bingham of Oakdale, TN, Carol Jean Harrison of Malvern, Melody Dawn Sheppard of Dothan, Melinda April Ray of Phenix City, AL; three brothers-in-law:  Charles Bingham, Joe Ray, and Randy Cornell; eight grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
