Mr. Samuel Eric Battles of Dothan passed away Sunday, December 31, 2023 at the age of 52.

Born October 26, 1971 in Dothan, he moved to Mobile when he was 8 years old and graduated from Murphy High School in Mobile in 1990. Samuel worked in the concrete and construction industry for 20 years as well as owned a lawn care service for 4 years.

Memorial services for Mr. Battles will be held at 2 PM Sunday, January 7, 2024 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 to 2 PM Sunday, one hour prior to the service.

Samuel is survived by his children, Katelyn Turner and Samantha Battles; his eight grandchildren, numerous other relatives and friends.
