Mr. Samuel Travis Russell of Dothan passed away Monday October 20, 2014, he was 85.

He was a member of Heritage Baptist Church and served as Deacon.  He was a Korean War Veteran, loved Auburn football and enjoyed golf and photography. 

Graveside services will be held at Memory Hill Cemetery on Thursday October 23, 2014 at 4 P.M. Flowers will be accepted or contributions to Alzheimer’s Resource Center in Dothan.

Mr. Russell is survived by his wife Edna of 63 years, daughters Bobbie (Tom) Smith and Joy (Warren) Dasinger and grandchildren Paige, Philip and Preston Dasinger.
