OZARK…Mr. Timothy Scot Morris, a resident of Ozark, died Sunday morning, August 6, 2023, in UAB Hospital, Birmingham. He was 58.


            Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, August 13, 2023, in the Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Lee Shea Swindall officiating. Burial will follow in Westview Memorial Cemetery. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 4:00 until 6:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.


            Mr. Morris was born November 6, 1964, in Ft. Bragg, North Carolina and moved to Ozark in 1967. He was a 1983 Graduate of Carroll High School and a 1985 Graduate of Alabama Aviation & Technical College (now Enterprise Ozark Community College). Mr. Morris was formerly employed with ADC Automotive in Ozark as a mechanic. He loved his family and was an avid Harley Davidson Motorcycle rider. Mr. Morris was preceded in death by his father, Radford Eugene Morris, mother, Mary Helen Adcock Morris Williams and a brother, Larry Morris.


            Surviving relatives include his longtime girlfriend, Susan Turcotte, Ozark; his son, Trey Morris (Brooke), Titus, Alabama; four brothers, Steve Morris (Melaney), Lufkin, Texas, Gary Morris (Doni), Dothan, Keith Morris (Brenda), Copperas Cove, Texas and Shawn Williams (April), Dothan; two grandchildren, Luke Morris and Laikyn Morris; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
