Tim Creel, 54, passed away at his home on April 2, 2012, after complications with an extended illness.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 P.M. Thursday, April 5, 2012, at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverends Mark Brackin and Kyle Gatlin officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

 

The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 1 to 2:30 P.M. Thursday, April 5, 2012. Flowers will be accepted.

 

He was born on September 22, 1957. Tim was a 1975 graduate of Dothan High School and was a homebuilder for many years, an occupation that he dearly loved. He was a member of Covenant United Methodist Church.

 

Tim is preceded in death by his father, Herschel Creel, Jr., four loving grandparents, and a mother-in-law, Helen M. Holleman.

 

Tim is survived by a son, Cameron Timothy Creel, mother, Clarice Creel of Dothan, AL; brother, Terry (Denise) Creel, and three nephews, Dustin, Eric, and Travis Creel of Ocean Springs, MS; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, and special friends, Steve and Leitha Brogan, and Donna Boyette. Tim never lost his sense of humor, his hope, his courage, or his zest for life. He will be deeply missed by all.
