Timothy Wayne Kirkland, a resident of Dothan, Alabama died Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at Southeast Health Medical Center. He was 57.

Graveside services will be held at 3 PM Friday, February 16, 2024 at Memphis Baptist Church cemetery with Reverend Dewayne Efurd officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the cemetery.

Tim was born May 16, 1966 in Dothan, Alabama to the late James E. and Mary Nell Pippin Kirkland. He was a 1984 graduate of Rehobeth High School and was a small engine mechanic at Max Snell Farm Equipment and SunSouth John Deere. Tim had a love for the outdoors, bass fishing, deer hunting and Alabama football.

Tim is preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law, Jimmy Meggs.

Survivors include his sister, Valisa Meggs; nephew, Tyler Meggs and wife, Alyssa; aunts, Jane Gilliand, Myra Pippin; cousins, Dewayne Efurd and wife, Pam, Kristi Goss and husband, Bryant.
