            Mr. Wayne Allen Splawn of Coffee Springs, AL passed away Thursday, October 10, 2013 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan.
            A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, October 13, 2013 in the Sorrells Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Reverend Randall Pierce officiating.  The family will receive friends at the chapel from 2:00 until 3:00.   In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
            Mr. Splawn was born September 15, 1945 in Eugene, OR.  He was employed by Enterprise State Community College.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Sara Nell Wescott Splawn; his father; his mother; 2 brothers; and a sister-in-law.
          Survivors include 1 daughter, Deborah Reynolds; 1 brother, William “Bill” Splawn; and 1 granddaughter, Nicole Reynolds.
