William “Bill” Holton, a resident of Dothan, died Sunday, July 15, 2018 at his residence following a brief illness. He was 72.

 

Private family graveside services will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at Memory Hill Cemetery with Dr. Andy Hynes officiating. The family will receive friends from 5PM until 6 PM Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at Southern Heritage Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wiregrass Humane Society, PO Box 1045, Dothan, AL 36302.

 

Bill was born in Washington State on January 4, 1946 to Paul and Beverly Wagner Holton. He spent his adult life in Dothan and owned and operated Holton Delivery.

 

Bill is preceded in death by his father, Paul Holton.

 

Survivors include his wife, Marie Holton; mother, Beverly Logan; daughter, Brandi and Andy Hynes; grandsons, Samuel and Nathan Hynes.
