Annie Loretta Treadaway of Taylor passed away Thursday, May 26, 2022 at the age of 87.

Annie was born to the late William Bascom Creamer and Martha Leona Skipper Creamer in Newton, Alabama on March 17, 1935. Annie married Cary Treadaway in 1955. Together they raised five wonderful children. Annie enjoyed gardening, woodworking, baking, and spending time with her grandchildren. 

In addition to her parents, Annie is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Cary Treadaway; brothers, Harril Creamer, Horace Creamer, and Billy Creamer; and sister, Louverlia Bauldree.

Survivors include daughters, Rhonda Laughery (Barry), Sheila Murdock, and Terri Owens; sons, Gary Treadaway (Debra) and Ricky Treadaway (Angie); grandchildren, Brittany Burdeshaw (Scottie), Ashley Cooley (Hollis), Kristian Hadden (Justin), Tina Huggins (James), Chelsea Treadaway, Angie Rice, Kayla Rice, Cory Murdock, Brandon Owens, Jeffrey Murdock, Justin Treadaway, Kade Laughery; and several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at Ward Wilson Funeral Home Sunday, May 29, 2022 at 2 PM, with Scottie Hatcher officiating. Burial to follow in Memory Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
