Deborah Sue Anderson, a resident of Ashford, Alabama died Saturday, May 7, 2022, at Southeast Health Medical Center. She was 64.

Graveside services will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at Gordon City cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 PM until service time at the cemetery prior to the service. 

Deborah was born September 28, 1957 in Clark County, Alabama to the late David and Shelby Jean Smith Gates. She moved to Ashford at an early age and live there the remainder of her life. Deborah was a loving wife, mother and Maw Maw. 

Deborah is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Kristy Butler and a brother, Joey Gates. 

Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Anderson; son, Chad Butler (Danielle); daughters, Tina Hurtado, Alexus Gates; son in law, Raugx McCaskey; grandchildren, Aaron Hurtado, Dalton Butler, Regan Butler, Amberlee Butler and Jakobi McCaskey, brothers, Ricky and Bruce Gates.
