Mrs. Drema Jean Price Kelley, a resident of Ozark, died Friday, August 27, 2021, at her home.  She was 80 years old.


Funeral services for Mrs. Kelley will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, September 2, 2021, at Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Ozark with Reverend Keith Reynolds officiating.  Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens, Holman Funeral Home and Cremations of Ozark directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Ozark Wednesday from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.


Mrs. Kelley was born January 27, 1941 in West Virginia to the late Marcus C. Price and Drema Agnes Rice Price.   She grew up in Michigan and  lived in various places while her husband served in the United States Army.  They settled in Ozark in 1962 where she was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church since 1965. Mrs. Kelley loved cooking and baking for her family and enjoyed canning vegetables during the summer. She was very active with Vivian B. Adams School and their scout troop.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Patsy Engle, Judith Meeker and Betty Ann Sallie; one brother, Thomas Mark Price.


Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Max Baer Kelley of Ozark; one daughter, Florence Harris (Ralph, Jr.) of Ozark; four sons, Shawn Kelley (Linda) of Newton, Richard Kelley (Lora) of Slocomb, Ray Kelley and Bo Kelley of Ozark; two sisters, Barbara McCloud of Michigan and Billie Schuette of Eufaula; grandchildren, Danielle Clark, Victoris Harris, Samantha Sims, Savannah Kelley, Blake Kelley, Macayla Watson and Hunter Kelley; great grandchildren, Allison Clark, Emma Clark and Ivey Kelley.


In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Vivian B. Adams School, 2047 Stuart Tarter Road, Ozark, Alabama 36360.
