OZARK… Mrs. Elizabeth Wiggins, a resident of Ozark, died early Wednesday morning, July 22, 2020 in Dale Medical Center. She was 85.


            Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M.  Friday, July 24, 2020 in the Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Dave Walsh officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church Cemetery, near Echo. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. Friday at the funeral home.


            Mrs. Wiggins was a native of Griffin, Georgia and she moved to Ozark in 1971. She was formerly employed as a waitress in various restaurants in the area. Mrs. Wiggins loved her family and especially her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother, Louise Loggins; two sisters, and a brother.


            Surviving relatives include her husband of fifty years, Virgil Wiggins, Ozark; two step-daughters, Kathryn Elaine Campbell (Jerry), Rockingham, NC and Donna Lynn Davis (John), Hamlet, NC; two sons, Michael Wiggins (Melissa), Dothan and Johnny Cosper, Griffin, GA; her sister, Beverly Holtzclaw, Griffin, GA; her brother, Frank Loggins, Griffin, GA; eleven grandchildren; twenty one great-grandchildren.
