Geraldian Dye, a resident of Dothan, died Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at her residence. She was 77.

 

Funeral services for Mrs. Dye will be held at 11 Am Friday, March 27, 2015 in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage with Dr. Tony Dye officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory cemetery with Southern Heritage directing. The family will receive friends from 9:45 AM until 10:45 AM prior to the service.

 

Mrs. Dye was born February 15, 1938 in Pike County, Alabama to the late Milton “Red” and Maggie Mae Allen. She was a military wife that travelled the world with her husband. Mrs. Dye was a bookkeeper by trade and a member of the Ladies of Elks Lodge for several years.

 

Survivors include her husband, Samuel Dye, Dothan; daughter, Donna Quinones, Madison, WI; sons, Tony Dye (Shirlon), Elba, Hugh Dye (Lee), Birmingham, Samuel R. Dye, Jr. (Rosalina), Dothan, Ronnie Dye, Dothan; eleven grandchildren; 15  great grandchildren; sister, Sally Allen, brothers, Bill Allen and Johnny Allen.
