Mrs. Katy L. Goad of Malvern passed away Monday, January 25, 2021 at the age of 95.

Graveside services will be held at 3:30 P.M. Thursday, January 28, 2021 at Memory Hill Cemetery with Reverend Sam Totten officiating and Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Goad was born September 4, 1925 to the late Carlton Peacock and Annie Smith Peacock. She was a member of Emmanuel Bible Church for most of her life. She lived in Malvern for most of her life. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her husband Virgil Goad, son Eddie Goad, sisters Clara James, Mary McCommon, and brothers Buford Peacock, and Bronzell Peacock.

Survivors include daughter-in-law Linda Goad, grandson Timothy Goad (Karen), great-granddaughter Brandy Ridenhour (Jamie), great-grandson Jason Goad (Bethany), sister-in-law Betty Peacock, and several nieces and nephews.
