Mrs. Lavada Jordan, age 83, of Dothan, passed away September 10, 2022.

Born September 5, 1939 in Alabama to the late Carlie Aron Carr and Bonnie May Newsome Carr. She was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Albert “Kenny” Jordan; brother, Joseph Lee Carr; and her sister, Juanita Carr.

Survivors include her daughter, Charlene Renee Meredith; cousin, Barbara Brady; several other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 2 PM, Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at Dothan City Cemetery with Reverend Buddy Hood officiating.
