TROY…. Mrs. Lillian Hudson, a resident of Troy (formerly of Ozark) died late Tuesday evening, April 17, 2019 at her daughter’s home in Troy. She was 88.


            Funeral services will be 11 A.M. Saturday, April 20, 2019 in the Earl Bankston Memorial Chapel with Reverend Lee Windham officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home.


Flowers will be accepted.


           Mrs. Hudson, daughter of the late Billy Bell and Annie Lou Howard Bell, was a native of Ozark. She was proceeded in death by her husband, James T. Hudson; two sons, Johnny W. Hudson and Jerry F. Hudson; her two sisters, Helen Tucker and Joanne Austin.


            Surviving relatives include her three daughters, Betty Singleton (Wilbur), Pam Scott (Ward), and Alice Roose (Frank); two sons, James Hudson and Doug Hudson; sixteen grandchildren; thirty-one great grandchildren; her sister, Grace Dunn; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.


             The family would like to extend a special thank you to Compassus Hospice and Palliative Care of Troy (Brea, Allie, Rhonda and Audra).  


    Serving as active pallbearers will be Len Windham, Dwayne Riley, Frank Roose, Jason Grantham, Hudson Grantham and Chad Singleton.
