Obituary: Mrs. Linda Gayle Martin English

 

Mrs. Linda Gayle Martin English of Dothan passed away Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at her residence following a brief illness. She was 76. 

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 6, 2021 at Mt. Enon Baptist Church on Iris Rd. Dothan with Reverend Don Tew officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home of Slocomb directing. 

The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 1:00 p.m. and continuing until service time. 

Gayle was born June 13, 1945 in Geneva County to the late Harry Langston and Eva Mae Harrison Martin. She was 1963 graduate of Geneva County High School and she was a member of the Mount Enon Baptist Church. 

Survivors include: her sisters, Joyce McNeal (Danny), Dothan, Carol Enfinger, and Louise Watson both of Dothan; brothers, Jim Martin (Sarah) Lascassas, TN and Keith Martin (Virginia) Ashford, AL; and several nieces and nephews.
