Mrs. Lois Helen Wiggins Donaldson of Dothan past away Sunday, January 1, 2012, at her residence after a long illness. She was 78.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Wednesday, January 4, 2012, at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverends Everitt Rowe and Thomas Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

 

The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 1 to 2 P.M. Wednesday, January 4, 2011. Flowers will be accepted.

 

Mrs. Donaldson was born September 26, 1933, in Pike County Alabama.

 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Jasper Wiggins and Pearl Odessa Ferguson, brother, Robert, Arnold, and Ronald Wiggins.

 

Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Robert H. Donaldson, Sr., five children, Helen Daniels of Dothan; Robert H. Donaldson, Jr. and his wife, Diane of Dothan, Jack Donaldson of Dothan; Donna Lisa Donaldson of Webb; Robyn Krystal Walden of Dothan;  eight grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren.

 

Pallbearers will be three grandsons, one granddaughter, and two friends of the family.
