Mrs. Lola Christine Hobbs

Mrs. Lola Christine Hobbs of Hartford passed away Thursday, October 5, 2023 at Hartford Health Care surrounded by family and friends. Born June 9, 1928 to the late John Jefferson Bottoms and Nola Belle Howell Bottoms she was 95 years old.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m.on Sunday October 8, 2023 at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Geneva with her nephew Kenneth Mansell and Jerry Galloway officiating.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Adolph Hobbs; son, Phillip Wayne Hobbs, two sons-in-law, Samuel Marion Davis, and John Howard Davis; brother, James Norman Bottoms; and sister, Addie Pearl Mansell.

Left to cherish her memory are three children, Hilda Davis, Jane Davis, and Butch Hobbs; six grandchildren, Jonna Davis (Michael), Jennifer Davis (Jamie), Julie Davis, (Willie), Kristopher Davis (Leslie), Chad Hobbs, and Ricky Hobbs; 5 great grandchildren; 3 great, great grandchildren; and brother, Douglas Howard Bottoms.
