   Mrs. Louise Watson Lamb, a resident of Newton, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2023. She was 90 years old.


   Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Lamb will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, January 13, 2023 in Newton City Cemetery with Reverend Roger Campbell officiating. Interment will follow, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Ozark Friday from 12:30 P.M. until time to depart for the graveside service.


   Mrs. Lamb was born August 19, 1932 in Dale County, Alabama to the late Tullie Jefferson Watson and Vassie Lee Dunaway Watson. She worked many years with White Knight Manufacturing Company in Ozark.


   In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Huey Max Lamb; her son, Terry Max Lamb; one sister, Latonya Watson Gillis and two brothers, Glenn Watson and William Davis Watson.


   Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Mark Potts of Newton; three grandchildren, Kendall Potts (Kacie), Brittney Kirkland (Justin) and Tori Lamb. Three great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to the DAV (Disabled American Veterans) 221 Williams Drive, Ozark, Alabama 36360.
