Mary Eloise (Kent) Peters of Dothan passed away Sunday, November 27, 2011. She was 95.

 

Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M. Thursday, December 1, 2011, at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Steve Skidmore officiating. Burial will follow in Goodwater Church Cemetery in Wicksburg, AL, where she will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband, T.J. (Tom) Peters who preceded her in death in 2003.

 

The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 12 to 1 P.M. Thursday, December 1, 2011, one hour prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.

 

Ms. Peters is survived by three children, Don Peters of Dothan; Jerry Peters of Montgomery; and Martha Parrish of Enterprise; a brother, Bernice Kent of Dothan; and a sister, Clara Crawford of Pensacola, FL; five grandchildren, Rhonda Kay Sallas of Maryville, TN; Donny Peters of Dothan; Steve Peters of Dothan; Shayna Marsteller of Niceville, FL; and Christa Parrish of Fairbanks, Alaska; eight great-grandchildren, as well as three great-great-grandchildren.
